Q: What is the weight limit of Shore Shelf?

A: Shore Shelf was tested to withstand up to 5lbs relating to commonly used outdoor, lightweight items such as a 22 0z. beverage, cell phone, book or magazine, suntan lotion, sunglasses. Shore Shelf is not meant to hold heavy objects, to be used to lift oneself out of a chair or to be used as a chair to sit upon.

Q: What can Shore Shelf clamp onto?

A: Shore Shelf’, a patent-pending clamp, attaches to most round and rectangular chair and table frames, up to a 1.5” diameter. The dual position clamp can slide onto a chair frame or can clamp down onto a chair frame.

Q: Is Shore Shelf available in another color?

A: Our introductory color is yellow and we will introduce a neutral color in Q4/18. However, if there is a bulk order request for a specific color we can fulfill that request.

Q: What products can I use to clean my Shore Shelf?

A: It’s recommended to use a mild soap detergent/cleaning solution. Do not rinse off item in salt water (ocean/gulf) or chlorinated water (pools).

Q: Where is Shore Shelf manufactured / assembled?

A: We are proud to announce that Shore Shelf is Made in the USA!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: All major credit/debit cards accepted by Square and PayPal.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Orders typically ship within 24 hours and can take up to 3-5 days. If you need your order sooner than that, please let us know and we will work to accommodate your request.

What shipping carriers do you use?

A: All items are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) and contain a tracking number.

Q: Is it safe to submit my credit card information?

A: Absolutely! We do not store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by PayPal) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

A: Yes, we offer a 30-Day return policy. If your product is defective, let us know and we will make it right!
